Setup & Branding

This page explains the merchant logo setup and what the customer sees on a Payment Link.

What this page covers

This page explains:

  • what the merchant can brand on the page (logo only)
  • what the customer sees on the page
  • what merchants should confirm before the page is shared with customers

Branding

The only brandable element on a Payment Link is the merchant logo.

The logo is displayed on the hosted checkout page so the customer can identify the merchant. All other page elements — layout, fields, wording, and payment methods — are part of the standard ZenPay-hosted experience and cannot be changed by the merchant.

Customer fields

Payment Links include standard customer-facing fields such as:

  • customer name
  • customer email
  • contact number
  • payment amount
  • customer reference

These fields are part of the standard page layout and are not editable or configurable by the merchant.

Payment methods

Payment Links display the payment methods enabled for the merchant's account. The payment methods shown are determined by the merchant's account setup, not by page-level configuration.

See Payment Methods for the full list of methods supported on a Payment Link and how to change them.

What merchants should confirm before go-live

Before a Payment Link is shared with customers, merchants should confirm:

  • the correct merchant logo is displayed
  • the intended payment methods are enabled on their account
  • the merchant understands how payment outcomes will be communicated

How this page should be used

This page should support merchant onboarding and operational setup.

It should not try to explain Hosted Checkout, plugin launch behaviour, or technical callback handling in detail. Those topics belong in other guides.
