Creates a batch payment from the supplied request payload.

Batch payment created successfully.
Duplicate merchant unique id. The response will have 'Location' header which will have the orginal batch payment.

Absolute URL of the original batch payment (its last path segment is the batchPaymentId).

The same merchantUniqueBatchId resent after the first batch completed. No new batch: the Location header returns the original batchPaymentId.
